About Us
The I’m Still Alive Foundation (ISAF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to
honoring and uplifting elderly individuals across Northern Virginia. Founded in 2012,
ISAF exists to remind seniors—especially those in care facilities—that their lives, stories,
and presence still matter.
Through human connection, thoughtful gestures, and meaningful recognition, we bring
moments of joy, comfort, and celebration to seniors who are often overlooked or
isolated.
Our Impact
Since 2012, ISAF has delivered care packages and recognition to hundreds of
seniors across Northern Virginia. Our work consistently results in:

• Visible joy, smiles, and gratitude during visits
• Strengthened community connection across generations
Each package delivered is a reminder: you are remembered, you are valued, and you are
still alive.

We create experiences that bring warmth and human connection directly to seniors’ doors, including

loneliness is often greatest.

-Celebrating birthdays, milestones, and meaningful moments to ensure seniors
feel seen and valued.
• Handcrafted Touches
-Homemade treats, bows, and personalized details that add warmth and intention
to every delivery.
When young volunteers walk the halls delivering these packages, the joy is mutual—seniors light up at the sound of a knock, and meaningful intergenerational connections
are formed.
